Why can a clinician not log in?

Clinicians who were initially set up with "clinician only" accounts can perform remote video consultations but cannot log into the platform. The idea here is that the administration team manage the clinicians calendar.

To enable a log in for a "clinician only" please send a request to info@hashealth.com and we will set up a "clinician + admin" account to enable the clinician to log in.
