Do my clinicians need to register?

It is optional as to whether a clinician has a user account on hashealth.com.

There are generally 3 scenarios but in all cases for a clinician to see a patient in a remote consultation room they do not need to log into hashealth.com. All that is required to enter a remote consultation room is a link and booking code, all of which is sent by mail or SMS directly to the clinician.

Scenario 1: Practice team manage appointments:
Typically the administration/practice team will manage the practice account. When an appointment is booked for a clinician the administrator will send an email and SMS of confirmation from the system. The clinician just needs to follow the instructions to access the remote consultation room. Log in is not required for the clinician in this case.

Scenario 2: Clinician manages own appointments:
In such cases the clinician will need to have the ability to log in so you should have an account in order to manage appointments. This is the only reason an account is required.

For remote appointments the clinician just needs to follow the instructions to access the remote consultation room.

Scenario 3: Clinician and practice team manages own appointments:
Similar to above the clinician will need to have the ability to log in so you should have an account.

For remote appointments the clinician just needs to follow the instructions to access the remote consultation room. Log in is not required for the clinician in this case.
