I did not receive an email to complete my registration, what should I do?

If your account has been set up by the NuaHealth onboarding them but you did not receive an email you can easily make a request to reset your password which will complete the process.


Note: You can only login using a web browser on your computer, smartphone or tablet. It is not yet possible to log in via the iOS and Android apps. 

  • Enter your Email Address and click "RESET PASSWORD"
  • You will receive an email with instructions within a few minutes.
